Right. I don't think it was necessary to state that Kavanaugh had also received them, but it's an interesting omission as he has said he'll attend despite them, yet she's saying she won't without guarantees due to them.

To be fair, he has 24x7 marshall coverage right now. So he's already protected. I doubt she is.

Totally fair. Doesn't address why his wouldn't have been mentioned.

At this point everyone the accuser has mentioned has given a statement under oath that they don't know what party she's talking about and have no recollection of any of the events she's alleged. Only the accuser has not given a statement under oath. Time to admit that there is no evidence supporting her claim.

I love Albert Brooks' work, but I had to use this tweet as an example of the complete lack of logic and sanity in this country's political discourse.

Kavanaugh’s accuser WILL testify! Kavanaugh needs to be gracious, listen, and then bow out immediately.

She won't testify. That's why all the conditions she's demanding in order to testify. She's trying to delay this as long as she can before she bails.

At this point we have more evidence via eye witness testimony that Jesus Christ rose from the dead than that this attempted assault happened.

I'm betting no one will go under oath to testify. One of the biggest problems both of these accusers have is that everyone they state that can substantiate their claims are doing the opposite. This is a shame, and is laying the groundwork for all SCOTUS nominations moving forward. I suspect a time soon where we have 2 or 3 vacancies on the court.

There are no more primary sources. Even these women are no longer primary sources, as there's a time element.

I saw that. Though I don't think he said he didn't in college, just not during high school and not for some years after that. At any rate, the guy kept a calendar of his time in '82 for the year. Even has it still today. So not really a shock that he had trouble scoring.
