One of my guilty pleasures is this guy.

Listen, he's a dork and I mean that in a good way. His narration can be a bit too positive and some of his animated acting is pretty cringe, but he clearly is passionate about his hobby. He also repeats some things a lot, almost like catch phrases. However, you won't notice unless you marathon some of his videos. I should add he also has some subtle brags here and there. He doesn't do it a lot and I don't think it's him being a dick, but they're there.

I grew up watching nature shows all the time, so this is in my wheelhouse. He's very informative and covers stuff you otherwise would normally not see. Yes, there's a heavy focus on ants, but loads of coverage of other animals too.

I highly recommend the series covering his cloud rainforest vivarium. It's why I posted this, and honestly, doing something like that is a dream.

There's some controversy around the guy. People complain his earlier vids were more educational and now they're more clickbait. There's also talk of some things being staged, and duh. Fair points. However, his defenders point out that this is all standard for YouTubers, his staged moments are not ridiculously so, lots of his moments are clearly not staged, and that his vivarium series is generating big numbers and is really interesting. Also fair points.

If you love nature vids, give it a look.

Well, I mean, it's Pantdora. So I allow it.

I actually saw that video a long time ago. It may have been while it was viral after it's initial release (9 months ago according to Youtube). I watched a couple more this go around. It's all interesting, but his presentation is meh. He sounds almost AI generated at times.
