With this much smoke, he's well on his way to being the next Josh Gordon.

Speaking of which...

Gonzo is right and wrong.

Yeah, doing it by position seems stupid, but at the same time, no team wins the Super Bowl because their Left Guard was the best in the league...

Also, the NFL currently has the best free agency system in all of pro sports. Every franchise can compete, unlike the NBA and MLB.

And another.
After failing multiple drug tests, Brazill was tagged with a four-game ban to start the 2013 season. He acknowledged at the time that he had to choose between "money or marijuana."

Hope he's got a trust fund or two to fall back on.

Kluwe still at it.

I lost all respect for Kluwe a long time ago.

He seemed to move beyond activist, and now it seems he wants to be a martyr.

He needs to just go away.

There are few things as entertaining as the delusion Browns fans have between the second week of February and the first week of September.

How about the utter despair and disappointment they feel during October through December?

I have no idea why he's suing. Don't care. He might have the greatest point in the world, but all I hear is "Look at me".

Today in the NFL QB shell game:

Browns set deadline to potentially fuck up their season.

Norv Turner may be coaching a different Vikings team than the one in my town.

And finally, Tony Dungy v. Michael Sam v. Keith Olberman.

More in the Kluwe saga.

The coach is question has been suspended 3 games for saying "put all the gays on an island and nuking it" to which Kluwe laughed off because he and another player knew the coach was joking. He's also issued a public apology. The Vikings have donated $100,000 to LGBT groups because of this incident.

Meanwhile...
the summary of the report, however, did not find evidence to support Kluwe's claim he was cut for reasons other than his on-field performance. Investigators talked to former All-Pro punter Craig Hentrich, who gave Kluwe a "C" for his 2012 performance, and former Chicago Bears general manager Jerry Angelo, who said he "in all likelihood" would have released Kluwe after that season. According to the report, Priefer gave Kluwe the highest grade for his 2012 performance of any of the Vikings' season-ending reviews.

and

Portions of the report painted Kluwe in a poor picture, like his jokes about the Jerry Sandusky scandal and an incident where he dropped his pants in front of 20-25 businesspeople who were touring the locker room.

Fuck Kluwe. He's a hypocrite and an asshole.

Halunen said the punter still plans to file suit against the team in Minnesota state court next week and will seek damages in the neighborhood of $10 million.

That's a bit douchey.

I need some context for those because I can imagine some hilarious things to do.

To me this means Hoyer starts the season, and he should. The coaches must already know its Hoyer's job to lose and they want to get him ready to play the home opener and be prepared for a couple of weeks.

Its no secret that the start of the season is the Steelers, Saints and the Ravens followed by the bye week. These teams would feast upon a rookie qb. So i predict they start the season 1-2 (beating the Steelers of course) and Johnny will be in by week 5.
