I'm going with "Large" especially if you mean Americans under 30. Honestly, lots of people above that, too, probably too isolated from how other Americans live, or distorted by what they see on internet.

Vaccine hesitancy for dogs

In the new study, the authors surveyed 2,200 people and found 53% had some concern about the safety, efficacy or necessity of canine vaccines. Nearly 40% were concerned that vaccines could cause dogs to develop autism, a theory without any scientific merit.

“If I knew I was wrong in the first place, I would have given it right back. I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong,” he added.

When police eventually interviewed Withington, they said he acknowledged being at the bank that day and taking the bag. He told them that he believed “he had no obligation to return the bag to its rightful owner,” according to the release.

Withington, who runs a dog training business, told Hearst he has never had a criminal record and his customers can vouch for his integrity. He was charged Friday with third-degree larceny, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and up to $5,000 in fines. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 5.

“Anybody who knows me knows all I’m about is generosity,” he said. “After living in this town for 20 years, I’m not looking for trouble.”

You were AT the bank. The bag, and everything in it, was clearly identified it as the bank's.

If you have a brain cell in your head, you should also know there were cameras on you.

Take it inside and you probably get $100 reward. Instead you decided to take it home hoping nobody saw you.

I have no idea what she's talking about with the "WHITE" thing. Did someone call him white or is she outing herself as a racist?

She accidentally has a good point about gun control IF this guy had it legally. Foreign nationals here should not be allowed to have guns. I'd even argue that people who get citizenship should still have to wait 5 years.

Overall though, she's sort of proving why there was a glass ceiling... If your first instinct is to respond emotionally as a mother while exposing your xenophobic (racist?) views publicly, perhaps you're not a good leader?

I think maybe she's reacting to talk about white shooters? Like "SEE THEY AREN'T ALL WHITE?" like the one in Jacksonville? Unclear

That's a myth that is constantly proven incorrect, but I do still see a lot of left wing people say it, so maybe you're right.

Although, I have a feeling this wasn't a "mass shooting" and more a personal attack. He got his target, and would have even without a gun.

Listen, I'm all for helping the wealthy understand the plight of the lesser fortunate, but everything about this didn't work. Go volunteer at a soup kitchen. Do a ride along with the police. Actually leave your community and head into the inner city. You don't even have to volunteer, just look around. Reach out to local charities and help a single family. Go have dinner with them. Ask them questions. Etc.

The people who need to fix the inner cities already live there, and a ride along won't teach them anything they don't already see every day.

Start with fixing "don't snitch ". Snitching is how you get the element fucking up the neighborhood, out of the neighborhood.

Step 2 is getting enough facilities to fix these people. I still vote reopening Australia as a penal colony.

It's obviously to anyone with a brain that the current methods don't work. You can't give away handouts forever and think that's going to solve poverty. So the facilities and help need to be rethought out.

I do think getting people down there who never get exposed to it would be helpful. How many people in Congress have no idea what real poverty looks like or truly understand the day to day struggle of most Americans? How many C Suite millionaires truly understand how their employees and customers live? Maybe Tim Cook would be ok buying the 100' yacht instead of the 110' yacht if it meant being able to pay his slaves a bit more? (Probably not. Most C Suite executives would never get laid if they weren't millionaires.)
