Go for a session tomorrow at 5-6 PM west coast.

Last session:

• A rash but highly profitable smash and grab involving a tough fight with an invisible golem
  More unconscious heroes
  Sorting through an incredible pile of loot
  a dinner party with a bunch of strange mages
  Tasty magic food

Full hp party, getting later into the day in Day 2 in our timeline.

What was our timeline? We need to get to Strahd's castle by the end of the day or the end of day tomorrow?

D&D tomorrow @ 6pm eastern. I'll be on a little bit before.

Still in the temple, not too many doors you haven't kick down yet. Some decisions to make across the board. Mr. Fox still looms.

My argument for where to teleport, in ravenloft:

Assumption: Wedding will be in the night
Assumption: Wedding will be in the castle, probably in some dark chapel on-premises

Assumption: those underground crypts are where the vampires sleep in the day.

Unknown: where and when strahd sleeps

Given: Strahd will not be the only enemy/monster during the wedding.

My plan: if we teleport in, during the day, if we go directly to the crypts we will bypass all other guards/patrols, and hit most (all?) of the vampires while they sleep.

Problem I see with teleporting up high in a tower or bridge or whatever: we have to travel past servants, patrols, traps, and guards to get anywhere worthwhile to the quest.

Alternate plan: teleport directly into the chapel during the ceremony, and surprise attack?

Koban and I have been in Strahd's room during the day. So we know where it is. He wasn't sleeping.

Vampires and werewolves don't get along, right? Or is that just in Underworld and Twilight? Should Zelda be a werewolf for this?

If you kill the head vampire, do the ones he turned become uncursed or is that just werewolves?

Just keep in mind that the Eastern Time Zone is the one most favored by the gods, and 9pm is a most favored time to start D&D. Easy.

In real life I have a calendar invite that does this automatically.

I get to change ability scores. 2 in one or 1 in two different ones.

My Dex is already 20 and I cannot raise it higher. What should I go for?
STR -11
Con - 12 (This seems like the no brainer for the hit points and rolls.)
Int - 16
Wis - 10 (This is the other potential, imho, as it can boost my passive perception which is only at 15.)
Cha - 12

Also, how does one "officially" do that on the sheet so the numbers apply?

Can we take feats instead of the ability points? If so, how many?

Haven't done any research, I think you can take one instead of any ability gain off the top my head.

Hey all, need to take a break for a week, i'm super behind on a few work and life things and not able to do the prep for a real session. Zelda is also badly behind on life.
