Both sides have been kind of gross on this. As I've said elsewhere, this sort of revelation was always sort of baked in for me.

I think what will be interesting is what the conversation will be in 10 years when the NDA's have been neutered and corporations and celebs don't enter into them anymore and instead the victims are simply destroyed in the press and on the stand with every indiscretion revealed and placed in the worst possible light.

It is my opinion that not all of them are "victims," and that should be recognize without it being called "victim blaming."

I 100% agree with that. A guy forcing himself upon you is vastly different from him saying, "Hey, if we sleep together, I could make things happen for you" and you agreeing to it.

It's racist when a critic assumes that if diversity isn't made a priority, all the best people for the job will be white.
