Shilo Sanders ejected for throwing a punch. And waived

Shedeur Sanders sucked balls.

I really hope the Browns keep him because I could see Tomlin trying to get him after Rodgers leaves.

Like I was saying...
Shilo to the Steelers?

That's quite a bold claim by Lando. There have been some REALLY bad 3 and outs after the coin toss during the Tomlin era.

Sanders had a real rough outing, 5 sacks in less than 2 quarters of play. Complete opposite that we saw of him 2 weeks ago. Funny enough, Dillon Gabriel has looked pretty solid in both of his outings. You can see that he processes the game much quicker than Sanders does. Safe to say Sanders is easily the #4 QB on this team, who knows what happens with Pickett, but people are saying they will probably keep all 4 of them.

We'll know tomorrow.

Commanders do a smart thing:

The Commanders and wide receiver Terry McLaurin reached agreement Monday on a three-year contract extension worth up to $96 million that will end his hold-in and get him in uniform for the regular-season opener against the Giants, agents Buddy Baker and Tony Bonagura told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

McLaurin receives a $30 million signing bonus in the deal, sources told ESPN.
Dude, I was available the entire time for like 1/10th of all that!

I would buy a ticket and fly down tonight to see you vs McLaurin in a WR skills competition.

Well, no reason to be rude.

I laughed.

On a related note, I played WR in high school and the military (against former high school and college players), and I had some speed/talent. I shudder to think how embarrassed I'd be to try and keep up with a McLaurin at my age and physical condition.

My fat ass needs to get in shape!

I think I could have been a good free safety... at the high school level or D3 college :) My HS didn't have a football team, too small.

Ran 100m, 200m in high school. Played the equivalent of free safety in college ultimate frisbee, did well.

45 and you couldn't get 11 dudes to play football?

Aiden O'Connell injury helps Browns solve their QB problem.

We did an annual junior vs seniors football game. The year I was a senior, we absolutely destroyed the juniors, wasn't even close. Maybe 8 of the people on that field could have been on a small HS team?

We might have been able to put together a flag football team, or 7v7 :)

7v7 is what they do in Texas if the school is too small.

All the talk centered around Cleveland's QB situation and the fucking Steelers go into the season with 4 QBs. Rudolph has to be trade bait. He's one of the most experienced and capable backups in the league. Meanwhile, the Steelers love Howard. Or maybe they're genuinely concerned old man river is one light breeze away from being out for the year?
Gabriel beat out Sanders for QB2.
