No worry, I'm sure Dipshit Donnie's going to roll into DC and clean that place up like the long-lost son of Elliot Ness and Ann Coulter's grandma.

I believe every word of your statement in relation to legal immigrants.
Yes, that's why I discussed the importance of both allowing a path to immigration as well as still making it moderately difficult. I was specifically responding to the idea that we need to shut down or severely limit legal immigration, which is presumably what he meant by "importing". In the long run that would lead to economic stagnation.

As you strangle the path to legal immigration, some of those hard-worker types will still come any illegally. But then you won't get taxes out of them and their ability to add their industriousness to our economy is subdued, so that's no help.
We're on the same page here. I'm for immigration, I just don't think millions of illegals are good for our country because people in LA get cheap day laborers.

I kind of am okay with it to up to a point. Kind of goes back to the third world hell hole comment from before. Until we get the power of the federal government under control, I'm not comfortable throwing political opponents in jail. One thing special prosecutors have shown us is if they look long enough they can always find or create the circumstance for something to jail you on.

That being said, I do think shutting down the Clinton Foundation should still be on the table.

Michael Shannon wants all Trump voters to die. He also says if your parents voted for Trump rid them from your life.

This progressiveness is some amazingly awesome shit. Freedom and peace for everyone as long as you do what we want!

I wonder how he feels about those of us who voted Johnson? Maybe he just wants us to get crippled?

Keith Olberman, of the not at all biased MSM, doesn't think Trump deserves a chance.

Seriously, yay progressives! It's mind boggling that they can preach their tolerance yet be so full of hate.

Kneel before Zod, indeed.
“And so we will resist,” he declared.

Olbermann offered to lead the peaceful, lawful charge.
The fuck? Unless Keith has a few members of Congress in his pocket, I don't know what he's planning to do. As far Dipshit Drumpf... shit, I guess there's a non-zero chance he fumbles his way into appearing to be a person who's slightly brighter than your average Model UN member, but it's not a vibe I'm getting from him.

That meme is pretty funny, although inaccurate.

Pence has come out looking good, Trump not so much.

Well, yeah, that was really aimed at Trump's whiny "safe spaces" reply.

Since republicans generally think "safe spaces" are a joke, I had assumed Trump was mocking "safe space" people.

I don't think so.
The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!

I don't know.......... that could be some 5th dimensional trolling.

That's four dimensions of thinking more than Trump has so far shown himself capable of.

I agree. I just can't imagine Trump using the phrase "safe space" unironically.

I can't imagine Drumpf knowing the definition or ironic without referring to Alanis Morisette.

I saw where a left wing actor (didn't recognize the name) agreed with Trump. He said as stage actors, the audience is the guest of the actors. You don't invite someone into your house and insult them. Which I thought was pretty classy of the that actor.

Bah. Theatre exists to provoke and make people uncomfortable.

Yeah, I don't agree with this statement at all. It can do those things, but those are not its only purposes.

The more I think about what these actors did to Pence, the more I disagree with it. He was there supporting you and you ambush him?

Once again, you don't turn enemies into allies by attacking and insulting them.

Public shaming doesn't work. When will people get that?

Who the fuck hasn't learned "criticize in private and praise in public"? How about inviting the vice-president elect backstage and having a frank conversation with him?

It wasn't about changing Pence's mind. To them that would be a hopeless cause. It was about using him as a prop to make their own statement to the world.
