Nice call. Not pretty, but a HUGE win for the Panthers.
I felt like they lost the entire time, and then at the end we were ahead and somehow time was running out.
Ugly win to be sure, not a great game for concussion worriers
e: and they finally won a close game in the 4th!

I picked a hell of a week to drop Colston for Stills. That's the WR I needed to play. FUCK. I need the miracle that is Bryant and Witten being shut down for a second half. Also looks like Welker came up short in Manning's musical TD pass game this week.

I was down 30 after Thursday night's game (he had Morris and Garcon), but went into Sunday night's game with a 13 point lead and Terrance Williams while my opponent had Dez Bryant.
So I'm moving to 8-2 in that league. Thank you Rob Ryan.
In my other league, I'm down 6 points with Mike James yet to play, while he has Lamar Miller.
Congrats to your Panthers Troy. That was a good win. Reminded me of the Steelers-Ravens games.
How bad are the Cowboys? At least they're not $30 million over the cap already for next year...

Note to self: play everyone going against the Cowboys D, all the time, period.

I had no idea that Cowboy's LB Sean Lee was the glue that held that shit-show together.
They stopped even trying to look competent after he went down.

Hmm. Need 11.5 points out of Tim Wright tonight to win. Could still pull this out even though both my WRs combined for fewer points than the Bengals D.

By the way, nobody else has said it yet, but that Trent Richardson trade is making the Browns look pretty smart now.
I started Donald Brown this week and got 12 points out of him versus the 0 (2 yards!) Trent got.

Matthew Berry was pointing out that Richardson is averaging 12 more rushing yards per game than Brown. Much the same with Ray Rice, I don't know if I can call this entirely Trent's fault.

12 more rushing yards per game over the guy who plays behind you? Not too impressive.
Rooney II tried to quell rumors today that they were looking to trade Ben. However, NFL.com is reporting that it's Ben who will be pushing for a trade.
Considering where he is in his career and how much money they'll be paying him to play for a middle of the pack team, I hope they get smart and trade him. Someone would be happy to overpay for him.

It's still the Browns. They could pick the next JaMarcus.

Don't they take a big financial hit if they trade him?

It all depends on the trade.

Dez v. AP v. Megatron, maybe not the comparison you'd expect. That leads nicely into this, yet another take on the clusterfuck in Miami that's going to take the Monday night spotlight.

Decided to start trading out some players since my season is kinda over at 4-6 and I have no good QBs. Remember, it's a keeper league. I have 4 of the top 22 WRs in the league.
I picked up Riley Cooper on waivers earlier in the season. Just traded him for Eddie Lacy. I figure Lacy will be stronger when the Packers are good next year.
Offered out Andre Johnson and Marvin Jones as well (willing to part with 1 of them). One guy responded so far, and I asked for either Russel Wilson (he could pick up one of my mediocre QBs as well in return) or Demarco Murray straight-up.
It still doesn't solve my QB issue (I have E Manning, Glennon, EJ Manual, Campbell, and Schaub), but helps my RB situation (Alfred Morris, Ray Rice, and no one)

Timothy Wright: currently as many points as Tim Brown. This is after Brent Celek goose egged me in the standard league as a Gronk replacement.

HOLY FUCK. He lives. 8.6 points to go. I expect another 3, maybe 4.

Looks like Tampa's vying for shittiest Florida NFL team. That's some stiff competition.

I needed him to have a good night to win in my work fantasy league. He was about to, and then not so much.
Throwing a lot of trades at the wall in that league this morning to see if there are any takers.
Brady for Rodgers - He's not going to the playoffs and has no starting QB...I will give him one and hopefully get Rodgers for a playoff run.
Ray Rice and Ryan Matthews for Matt Forte and Le'Devon Bell. - Same team, and this is NOT a fair trade. I put in the notes that I just want to start the conversation. I want to hear a counter.
And as I was checking on these to talk about here, my third trade was accepted by another team. I grabbed Antonio Brown for Emmanuel Sanders and Dwayne Bowe. Sanders and Bowe were each nearly 50 points behind Brown for the year. The guy who traded me is 2-6 and my trade notes said: "why not?"
In different news, I went out and grabbed Michael Crabtree in both leagues as well. He's begun practicing with the team again, and looks to be close to returning. So if you want to make a sneaky move for a #1 WR, keep an eye on him before he's announced to be returning. He should be back in time for fantasy playoffs.

Goddamn.
... I went out and grabbed Michael Crabtree in both leagues as well.
One mofo in my PPR went out weeks ago and stashed both Crabtree and Harvin on his IR. He beat me to them by one day. I would kill for some WRs right about now.
