One of the guys in the league Stranger and I are in dropped the Steelers D this week and picked up the Broncos.
The Steelers D scored 26 points.
The Broncos D scored -1 points.
Ouch.
It'd be cool if the ESPN site tracked stats like that for an end of year compilation. "Worst transaction"

My team's already bad enough, jeez.

I knew Stranger wouldn't be around today, and I get it. Sucks when you're emotionally tied to a team and they lose. Usually when the Buckeyes lose a big game I'll avoid all sports podcasts, radio, sites, etc. This year being an exception because I don't think they're very good...
Anyway, I wish he was because I want his take on this comedy:
An account just created (proof in the thread) seems an awful lot like DeShawn created himself a fake X account to defend his play.

I'm a little surprised how low Dallas is, and that the Saints are the most common one.
But 0 for the Jags? Wow.

Those numbers are a bit shocking. I expect contenders and teams that always get big ratings (Dallas & Pittsburgh) to be up there, not the Bears.
FYI, Cowherd has the Commanders at #10.

Well, that's delusional.

They do get 1 this year. And got 2 the year before 2012, so it's a little bit of date selectivity, but still.

Barstool has picked up the story.
I guarantee Stranger is hearing stuff about this in Browns' circles. Wish he'd check in and give us the scoop.

Call me crazy, but Justin Fields is not in a system that's going to use him right.
It boggles the mind that people become billionaires, buy a sports team, and then display such incompetence. How the fuck did you make those billions?
Fields is Lamar, but younger. The blueprint is right there in Baltimore. WTF are you doing trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Every great coach I've ever heard talk says you have to put your talent in a position to succeed based on their skills, and the worst thing you can do is try to make them be something they aren't.
Not for nothing, but the same situation is going on in Philly as the new OC wants Hurts to be more of a pocket passer.

I don't think it's that bad. Howell is having a bad day, but they were hanging early. Can't keep turning the ball over.
FYI, Cowherd put the double whammy on you. Put you #10, and then picked you to cover in his picks for the week.
Also, the Texans!!
I'm going against Mostert who just got his third TD today. What's bad is it was 4th down, late in the third, and they were up 35-13.

Mostert just scored again
And, oh damn Sam Howell. WTF were you doing?
Story of Bears DC leaving wasn't just for health reasons, if at all.

I wonder how the football gods are going to view Miami's running up the score on Denver today.
Branden Staley really wants to Jim Harbaugh to come take his job. They got lucky to win today despite his coaching.
CJ Stroud is quietly having a fantastic season.

I have mostert. I also have Achane or whatever. I wasn't sure which to start, but went Mostert.
Cowboys -wtf?
I was predicted to lose by 30 today, but I have a chance since Mostert and Walker did well. I accidentally started an injured WR.

Steelers plane makes emergency landing.
Seriously, CJ Stroud is making history.
Deshaun makes most boneheaded play of the year (so far).
I heard this morning that the feds might have been involved with the Bears' DC who quit for "well being" or whatever. So, that's not good. I wonder if he got to meet Chris Hansen?

Bears looking for answers.
The Bears are currently 3 point dogs at home to the Denver Broncos this weekend. Reminder: The Broncos were just beat 70-20 at Miami. How bad is your team when you're a home dog to a team that lost the prior week by 50?
I'm getting on Fanduel right now to wager Chicago's HC is the first one fired. You have a QB whose comps were "Lamar Jackson" and you're trying to turn him into a pocket passer. But at least every other phase of your team is also dogshit...
A note on the Broncos: They have their first round pick this year. I don't know how considering all they gave up for Russ? They're 0-3 now and Russ sucks. Why not tank for Caleb Williams?

Gotta be Chicago and San Diego at the top?

Also, more embarrassingly, they lost to the Commanders.
