I legit always read that as POS, and it would be appropriate.

He's doing as well as Hillary did. That's not being snarky, just stating that he's way ahead in all the polls and is expected to win. However, would anyone here truly be shocked if Trump wins?

Nothing would shock me at this point.

Well, nothing except a JoJo victory, but I've voting for her anyway.
I would be pretty surprised at anything but a squeaking Electoral victory for either party. Hopefully results by Friday but it's going to be a crazy week full of law suits.

The "Blacks don't like Biden..." is not reflective of the democratic primaries, nor any real polls that I've seen, and is really just a Fox News talking point. Biden was Obama's guy. Don't let a few rich AA fool you. It's gotta be 95/5% of voters at least.

Latinos' are another matter, there are plenty of Latino Trump supporters in California.

This week is going to suck.

Legit got that from a poll on CNN a few months back. I think the number was at 76% or something at the time. Biden will absolutely get the majority of the black vote, but it will not be the numbers of the past.

What is a rich AA?

I looked at this and you are right - most recent NYT polling from summer was down to 85%. But that was pre racial unrest? So we'll see.

No, just a little sad.

There's only two parties, Leisher.

Racist. Blacks don't have to be poor.

I'd fight you, but I'm genuinely tired of trying to tell people there's more than the two sexual predators running for president.

When I first saw that AA, I was thinking, "What does Alcoholics Anonymous have to do with this?"

I didn't get it either, but Troy posted before I did, so I get to pretend I did, and you;re just racist.

If he means this, I'd vote for him. But how can he get us all cushy, high paying gigs on boards of foreign companies? :D

Yeah, my first thought was, "I better teach my kid Ukrainian in anticipation of that gas company job."

As the day has arrived, I wish you all the best of luck surviving what is probably going to be screaming and fighting for the next few days. Try to remember that the majority of these people are simply rooting for their preferred letter to win so they're "not wrong".

Here's hoping whomever wins actually has the best interests of the country in mind and stops playing politics after the election.

I've already closed my tabs of CNN, Imgur, Twitter, Yahoo (who has a top story about AB and Brady living together with a photo of them holding hands...not kidding), and Facebook. I'm going to watch The Queen's Gambit tonight and play some Pillars of Eternity.

I'll check in occasionally to see what's going on, but I'm steering clear of all the negative bullshit.

I talked to my kid this morning about keeping our bemusement to ourselves, as the great majority of people in our personal sphere are really liberal.

Na, not buying into the hype. The early voter turnout is at ridiculous levels. I think we'll have a good idea tonight which way this is headed.

SNL had a good skit last week, "What will I be, if biden wins? Complaining about trump has defined my existence for the last four years "

Ahhh... I usually watch 2 or 3 SNL skits a night, on youtube. Must have transposed that memory.
