I would invoke the "he has more info than we do" thing, but it's been proven he doesn't listen during his briefings.

The problem with that statement is that it isn't harming them enough to be Darwinism.

Fair point.
So let me introduce you to my new bill called "Taking Darwinism into our own Hands." If a person comes into the hospital to get tested because they're in a Covid contest, the doctors are authorized to euthanize the person and then claim it as a Covid related death.

Fair enough.
Texas also changed its mind after the governor had previously FORBIDDEN mask requirements. Good job, dumb ass.

We're in Hocking Hills, a series of parks in Ohio with good hiking. They were closed, now they're open with all the trails "one way" to cut down on people rubbing together.
People just refuse to follow simple directions. This shit is never going to end.
Also the people who brought their dogs either aren't packing up their shit, or are leaving the shit baggies on the one-way trail, so you know they aren't picking it up on their way out.

Part of me really wants to think that "In spite of everything I still believe that people are really good at heart," And part of me just accepts that people are garbage.
The thing it, it probably only takes 5-15% of the people to be garbage to make it feel like more people are garbage. 1 person can be garbage to whole lot of people.

Good point. I didn't pass 90% of the people on the trail going the correct direction.

We've chosen a pound of prevention over an ounce of cure.

We’re just staying home. I’m building a 3rd part to our climbing wall. We get groceries delivered. Fortunately, my job can be done at home.
But yeah, imagine a world where people were like “Wear a mask, please” instead of “it makes you look weak” and “God is my mask”

We still wear our masks aside from an occasional "oops" here and there.
Went to a rural market today. There's a giant cow outside wearing a mask. There's a sign right at the entryway that says, "Please wear a mask for our safety and yours." 50% of the shoppers were wearing masks. Most of the folks not wearing them were men.
