Yeah, it does a little cookie thing and will take you to wherever you were last if it's active for that day, or if you haven't been before (or recently) it pops to a random comic.
It's not documented, since it's made by me for me, but if in doubt and you want to peruse just hit "First" and then "Next" until you cycle. Easy.
