It was really nice to see the Ravens, Steelers, Bengals, Raiders and Bills all lose this week. Browns went from 11th seed in AFC to 8th but the offense is nothing like what we saw last year. Defense is playing really well though, so its like a complete 180 of what the Browns were last year.

Browns are definitely in the playoff picture, but they're not going anywhere. I've never bought Baker, despite loving his commercials, but what's concerning is how they cannot run anymore.

Teams are selling out to stop the run vs the Browns, literally 8/9 men in the box at every snap. They are daring Baker to make them pay, and this year he hasn't at all.

This year has a different feel to it. Seems like there's some discord in the locker room. Baker taking subtle shots at the coaching staff, coaches/GM basically saying he needs to play better. Fans angry even after a win, and booing the team after the very first drive of the game. Are they gonna win the SB? prolly not. But damn, 7-6 is a helluva lot better than the past 25 years so i'm still enjoying it.

Also, I mentioned getting hammered in betting yesterday. Just checked and I was up over $50 on the day. I hit a 7 team teaser a week after hitting a 5 team teaser. The Ravens coming back and covering helped me there. If Kyler runs one in, which is looking very unlikely, I would have won another $30. Someday I might get brave enough to bet more than $5 at a time...and I'll lose my ass.

I got lucky as hell to win that game, Rex Burkhead and Devin Singletary are normally RB3 or 4 at best. I just missed the playoffs by a tiebraker to my brother.. Also, you weren't getting a bye if you won. Both Rob and Chris had 11 and 10 wins, so your 9 wins wouldn't have been enough. Good luck in the playoffs!!

I was until James Connor went off last night and gave Chris the win. I didn't notice that until you just made me look it up. Somehow I have wins over both of the league's top teams this year, so I would have had the tiebreaker.

My merry band of duct tape managed to get the second highest points in the league. And lose to the team with the highest.

Sadly, that means I drop to the 4 seed. If I suck, I get to play that same team (the best by a wide margin in our league) again.
