Word on Hoyer is he needs an MRI to make sure something with -CL hasn't been torn in his knee.
Good news is the Buffalo Moo Cows are just as incompetent as the Cleveland Bowel Movements tonight and their rookie QB decided to take a run against a gang of 6'+, 300+ lb. mutants that grapple with people for a living. Looks like he'll be gone for a bit.
EDIT: That last pass interference penalty just made this the most entertaining game I've watched in a bit. I'm halfway expecting Jim Brown to make a return.

Jesus. The 4th quarter has been the story of which offense wants it less.

Honestly, I know the Browns won, but they now have a QB controversy...because they need that.

Doesn't look like there will be any QB controversy. Word is Hoyer is likely out for the season...
I've never been so depressed after a 3 game win streak and leading the division. Weeden will fall flat on his face, he's slow to make decisions, has no feel for the pass rush and he's a ginger no red headed QB can be any good.

That sucks. I thought Hoyer was giving the team a fresh feel. Wheedon is just same old, same old.
Watching him in the pocket was painful. As you said, he simply has no awareness. He can't hit the tougher routes, and when he scrambles I was having Kosar flashbacks with his "blazing" speed. Did you see the play where he went to scramble, ran into his blocker's back, and seemed to just get stuck there like bad AI?
OIC!
You know with Cleveland in first place, and a QB down... Paging Josh Freeman!!

It's like Kurt Warner's pocket presence minus his accuracy and release speed. That leaves you with a QB somewhere in the Antwaan Randle-El region.

So they don't want to stay in first?

Wide receiver Davone Bess was the team's emergency quarterback had Weeden gotten hurt because Jason Campbell was inactive.
That would've been fawesome.

My fantasy team:
4 players Out
5 players Questionable
2 players Probable
2 others on Bye
If I get half the points of my opponent, it's a miracle.

What beat-ass players do you have?

Its official. Hoyer out for season... NOOOOOOOOO
I wouldn't be surprised if Freeman is brought in now. OUR SEASON IS RUINED!
I swear to god, you couldn't write a movie script any better than the life of a Cleveland fan. Its pure drama all the time!

Giants lose Pro Bowl member of their o-line. I'm sure their depth will make up for it. HAHAHAHA

My 4 players out got upgraded to 7 players out. F me. I have 8 WRs... 1 is questionable, 1 is clean, the rest are out or bye week.

David Wilson scored and then went out for the game.
I'd take Shown Greene over him at this point.

I'm down Jennings in 2 leagues and Tony Brown in standard. On the flip side, picking up Austin Pettis to replace Brown has made me look brilliant. Ray Rice finally got his ass in gear. Kind of pissed Lynch didn't get a TD.
David Wilson scored and then went out for the game.
I'd take Shown Greene over him at this point.
I was shocked Willis McMaybe avoided the injury fairy Thursday night. But his chance at the second rush TD from the goal line was painful to watch. Goddamn, he's old, slow, and out of practice. But he managed one TD and 60, so I'll take it ... even if he needed 20 carries to do it.
If you're not talking keeper, then Wilson and Greene are equally worthless at this point. Wilson's worth stowing on your bench for another season until he proves he's really worthless, like say Daniel Thomas ... who is someone I'd take over Wilson right about now.

Unless some scoring correction screws me over, I just went to 4-1 in the league with Stranger after winning 86-85.
I was down 14 with Peyton and Larry Fitzgerald to go. He had Carson Palmer, Demaryus Thomas, and Prader.
The only double digit scorers I had besides Peyton were Lynch and Tucker. A miracle win.
Looks like I should go to 4-1 in my work league as well. I'm playing the last of the undefeateds, and I'm up 5 points. He has Arian Foster to go, while I have Phillip Rivers, Ryan Matthews, Antonio Gates, and Frank Gore.

Standard league:
Fucked yet again. Defense got -3 points. Going against Peyton, too. Limited claims is fucking killing me in this league. Plus a shitty draft. Got to do more homework next year. Tied for last in div. Fuck me. Fucked my RBs this year big time.
PPR league:
Probably going to win. Owen Daniels + Woodhead + Stephen Hill vs. Matt Ryan + Rashad Jennings + Julio Jones and I'm up 110.8 to 66.1. Marlon Brown has been a decent pick up. Greg Jennings also looks to be a steal while someone besides Ponder is throwing. Will be in a 3-way tie for first in div by this week's end, barring a miracle. Betting I'm 3rd on the tiebreaker, so getting Gronk back is going to be huge for me. Might allow me to cut loose a WR along with Rice and get a huge deal going. Can run with Daniels and Gronk for the remainder. Just waiting for Gore to get hurt, too. If Roddy White ever comes back to life, I'll have considerable trade bait.
I get Gronk back in both leagues next week.

To support Leish's argument from a bit ago:
Jaguars may as well sign Tebow now because he will fill seats. Shit, I'd sign a transsexual midget to Jacksonville right about now if I thought he had a chance of reviving any fan interest.

Woodhead comes through again. He's the new Sproles over there.
