I'm starting to think the Browns are going to take Sammy Watkins.

Richard Sherman indirectly calls the NFL greedy and a bit racist.
Because we have an NFL team called the Redskins, I don't think the NFL really is as concerned as they show. The NFL is more of a bottom-line league. If it doesn't affect their bottom line, they're not as concerned.

Ha! I said the same thing.

And as I type this, here come the Browns...Let's see why they traded up.

If history is any guide they traded for him, ala Brady Quinn.

And his picture on NFL.com right now is of a shit-eating grin. Heh. His new name will be Johnny Mediocrity.

FUCK YEAH!! don't hate bitches!

We just got the number one CB in the draft, a great value on a QB at 22 (even if he is a bust) all while picking up the Bills #1 next year. Thats a top ten 10. I'd say Cleveland won the first round of the draft.

Hate Johnny or not, none of us know what he is gonna become in the NFL. He's worth a shot to a franchise that is in DESPERATE need of a leader.

I look at it this way...

We traded bust ass Trent Richardson and a third rounder that the Steelers gave us last year for a potential franchise QB.

TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!

At least we didn't use our 4th pick on him, like the Jags taking Bortles at 3. They coulda gotten him way later i believe.

Its a swing for the fences. He's boom or bust, if he busts no real big loss, we've had plenty of busts, but if he booms...

Now the Browns get their potential star quarterback, albeit at the slightly jinxed 22nd pick, which is where Cleveland previously selected Brady Quinn and Brandon Weeden

The Browns have now used (squandered?) 4 first round picks on QBs, the most of any team in the past 20 years. And Cleveland has only been around for 15 of those years.

The draft is our Super Bowl. This is the time of year we feel the best about our team. Usually by time the first quarter ends of the first game that excitement it gone.

So yeah, i'm gonna enjoy this for a little while.

How is a bust a great value? And yes, he will be a bust. Stick with Hoyer.

RG3 got criticized for his press conference talks after some tough losses. He had the 'Skins. Johnny Mediocrity has the Browns, and RG3 has Mother Teresa's rep compared to JM.

EDIT: On the other hand, I can't think of a team and player that deserve each other more.

You do know that your Vikings were the other team on the line that was competing for Johnny.

Looks like Johnny was thier first choice, but will have to settle for Teddy Bridgewater. You can have him, never was impressed with him.

Thanks for taking the white elephant before the dumb-asses at my front office had the chance to skull-fuck their team's chances.

I'd take Sage over JM for my QB.
