Google Maps Beta is up. It has colorized satellite images. The colorization (for my neighborhood anyway) is terrible.
The zoom and movement interface is better than terraserver.microsoft.com, but from what I've seen the images are worse.

Heh, the maps are a bit out of date. The building in which I work is shown as a parking lot, which hasnt been the case for 2 years.
