The Blind Side

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

This was the flick from which Sandra Bullock just won the Best Actress roll. This was her Erin Brokovich. It is going to make her very expensive in Demolition Man 2.

Good enough flick. Inner city kid adopted by rich white folk in the south. They avoided about 10 cliches, which I liked.

The book was pretty solid.

Go go Memphis...

Even though they filmed it in Atlanta and completely screwed up every reference to Memphis.

I thought it was strange I didn't recognize a single thing about the area.

I enjoyed the film until they started making references to Memphis that were just wrong in the geographics area. Was kind of jarring and pulled me out of the story.
