I've seen some stuff saying both yes and no. Anyone here do it and regret it?

I've avoided it for now as I've heard it has problems. I always wait a bit for service packs because you know there will be patches to fix whatever they break.

I'm pretty sure they pushed it out to our systems at work last week, but I haven't really noticed any changes or problems.

SP3 just automatically downloaded & is bugging me to install it. So far, I'ven't listened.
