I started firefox up today and all my bookmarks are gone. Any idea what the hell happened?
Besides someone sneaking in and delete each one when I wasn't looking.
Where did all my bookmarks go in firefox?
I'm not sure what triggers it, but Mozilla does occasional backups of your bookmarks. They're under Mozilla in the Application Data folder under your profile. (Let me know if you're not sure where that is located.)
I have no idea where Mozilla keeps the other bookmarks. I just installed Mozilla (last week) on a new system and where it did the saves on my previous system doesn't exist (yet?) on my new one. That might have to do with me importing the old bookmarks?
