Turns out that just bringing in highly ranked players (that cannot possibly all be rated correctly) isn't the only key to success.

Sources told Thamel that Washington is prepared to pursue all legal avenues to enforce Williams' signed contract.
In addition, the situation has drawn the attention of the Big Ten, sources told Thamel. The conference was vocal in Xavier Lucas' controversial transfer from Wisconsin to Miami last year, supporting the Badgers in trying to enforce the defensive back's contract with the team.

I have no problem with that.
It is interesting how the playing field got leveled and all of a sudden the SEC can't win anymore.

I think it's time to assign the SEC to the same group as JMUWell, the SEC's humiliation this postseason is officially complete. Zero teams, despite the regular season gauntlet in the country's self-proclaimed best conference, made the title game for the third straight year. They went 1-8 in bowls against other P4 teams and 0-3 in the playoff against other P4 teams.

Why are you insulting JMU?

Even if they did, they'd do it with integrity and without cheating. Can't say that for everyone...
