Me too.

Stefanski must be pissed. He's not the belle of the ball anymore. Meanwhile, does Woody Johnson know he can fire Aaron Glenn now?

Lions fire their OC, which was expected when Campbell took over playing calling during the season.

Harbaugh to the Giants is the hot rumor right now.

Would Baltimore hire a fired OC as their HC?

I just think he would have a good game plan for Lamar. But I'm not an expert at this stuff.

I'm starting to think a lot of them aren't either!

Never, but it's a bit of a trick.

Since 1970, it was the AFC Central. Same members, except the Houston Oilers instead of Baltimore.

In 95, Jacksonville joined.

In 96, the Browns moved to Baltimore and became the Ravens

In 97, the Oilers moved to Tennessee and became the Titans.

In 99, the Browns came back and the AFC Central had 6 teams, the most post-merger.

In 2002, the NFL realignment happened and the Titans and Jaguars were sent to the South. That's when the AFC North was officially created, which Cleveland has not yet won.

While researching this I discovered that the AFC North is the closest division in the NFL, in terms of, distance.

Ok, but 23 years with no division title is still hard to believe. Though, at least they have had more than 23 starting QBs in that timeframe.

I can't see the graphic, but from Leisher's post i'm guessing its about the Browns never winning the AFC North. It's actually longer than that. They haven't won ANY division title, be it the Central or the North since '89... I really have no idea why Browns fans even exist anymore.

Because you don't need success to have fans. I respect the loyalty of people like you who stick with them despite their lack of success.

Dolphins fire McDaniel.

I would wager this is because John Harbaugh got fired. The owner of the Dolphins is a TTUN alum and knows the Harbaughs.

Yeah, getting rid of the coach to coddle the entitled player has ALWAYS worked out...

Jared Allen thinks he is tied with Garrett at 23 sacks, and he's got a case.
Well, the rules are clear
EXCEPTION: If the potential passer fumbles on his own prior to any such contact, no sack is credited to any individual defensive player, unless he recovers his own fumble and attempts to advance or pass the ball. However, credit the defensive team with a sack. The number of defensive sacks should be equal to the number of offensive sacks.

Probably. Future Commander's OC McDaniel?

Marshon Lattimore arrested for weapon in his car. Can we release him now?

That's interesting. Pretty sure Allen himself does state that it was awarded as a team sack. I'd have to see the video again. There's something about it that he claims made it a sack.

Lattimore was so good back in the day.

But the joke is that why would the Commanders release him as it's been established that in DC it's ok for players to have guns in the locker room? (It's an NBA-Gilbert Arenas joke/reference.)

He admits the fumble. He's just saying that he was the ONLY person involved, so it should be a him sack, but that's not the rule.

To be fair, still cannot figure out why Garrett got credit for that sack against the Bills. THAT should have been a team sack. Not saying Garrett shouldn't have the record, but I do think he should be at 22.5, not 23.

I know Leisher mentioned it earlier about the Steelers record on Monday night football games at home. They have won 23 straight and haven't lost since '91! Meanwhile, the Texans are 0-6 all time in playoff road games.

Steelers are going to win that game aren't they?

The Steelers got the dream opponent:
-Dome team coming to cold weather.
-0-6 in road playoff games.
-One of the league's worst offensive lines
-Not a very good running team.

It's setup perfectly for Tomlin to finally get a playoff win.

BTW, here's another great stat for Tomlin's HOF legacy...
