It kind of bewilders me how often people film themselves cheating, breaking the law, etc. and then post it online.

I'm pretty sure this is routine and have seen worse at the Tour de France, etc. These races are quite long... 5 seconds of help are pretty irrelevant.

I would also call it irrelevant, but check the comments. It is indeed against the rules.

Really? You would think that'd be a huge no-no. I don't even think they're allowed to hold onto other bikers?
