Pretty sure mandatory tipping is illegal unless specified somewhere, like the print on menus that say, "Tips are automatically included for parties of 6 or larger."

Let's add "would you care to donate" into the tipping pool.

I think I'm more of a realist.
We've posted here and seen the lists of how much charity executives make and how much of each donation actually gets to those in need. Not all, of course. There are definitely good ones out there.
We need really severe punishments for people who commit fraud in the name of charity and limits on executive compensation. After all, charities are not in the money making business. No reason there cannot be laws limiting their ability to commit "legal fraud".
We've posted here and seen the lists of how much charity executives make and how much of each donation actually gets to those in need. Not all, of course. There are definitely good ones out there.

That's where we need much stricter punishments.
Committing fraud via charity should be 20 yrs with no parole plus a full forfeiture of all assets. Doing it to SRs is another 20 yrs. Invoking police, fire, military, etc. is another 20 yrs.
