They apparently were planning to start using him in packages tonight. Honestly, with their bye week next week, this is the right move. Let him rest and you get more time to work on these packages. See you in two weeks Commanders.

That is absolutely incredible. The Jets are definitely cursed.

I honestly don't think anyone is in the wrong here.

I believe the D lineman couldn't see what was happening and tried to being Herbert down. I also don't think the O lineman was wrong for defending his QB. While he did hit the guy to get him off, he didn't go overboard.

It's not a coincidence that these things happen to poorly run franchises.

By some miracle I went 4-0 in fantasy this week. Felt really bad for my opponent in the league I'm in with Stranger. He was the 2nd highest scoring team and I beat him by over 40 points. We've all been in that position and it sucks.

Is there a better special teams coach in the NFL than Danny Smith? The answer is no.

Commanders v Steelers in 2 weeks. Should be a good one. What are we wagering Catt? Loser has to give Deshaun Watson a massage?

Went to a charity dinner last night with Jim Tressel and Jerome Bettis. Food was good. Tressel is pretty funny and a good host, which is what he acted as for Bettis. Bettis was Bettis. Seemed like a genuinely good person, but not the best story teller. Unlike in May when Tressel was host for Herbstreet, Tressel had to lead Bettis with questions. Herbie just took over. He wasn't as bad as Kevin Smith who can answer a question in about an hour, but he could definitely take a question and run. Bettis did have a great story though about how he got into football and why he has a foundation now to help kids who were like him. Basically, he had his life's path altered by an NFL player's foundation (a TTUN grad) who then had it taken over by another NFL player (an OSU grad), and they eventually handed it to him (a ND grad). However, he has expanded it. It's a cool story.

Anyway, I only tell you the above to say the really interesting thing about the night:
There was a woman working the event as one of the caterers. Blonde, late 20s, super cute, and with a great body. She looked like your typical all American girl next door that your mom would love to have you date and who can throw a football, cook something great, and still isn't too full of herself to rock your world in the bedroom. You know the type. Anyway, there was one problem...she was definitely a little person with NO dwarfism or any of the features you would expect. She, literally, just looked like a smaller version of a normal adult woman. I have never seen anyone like that before. No ultrawide hips. No waddle. No exaggerated features of any kind.

Thinking about it, I felt sorry for her. She's someone, at regular size, anyone would jump at the chance to date. However, she's bound to get approached by pedos or other creeps. Plus, a lot of dudes would probably avoid dating her due to the stares you'd get in public. How does she find sexy dresses or lingerie?

Yes, if the Commanders win, you have to give him one. If the Steelers win, you get to give him one.

How little?

I think there are pituitary issues that can cause this (and a lot of other things per google). Apparently they call this "Proportionate short stature (PSS): A person is short but their body parts are in normal proportions."

That's fine as long as you work his taint. I'm not going near that and I hear he's pretty insistent.

She was almost looking straight up at me and I'm 6'. I cannot give you a super accurate height because I didn't want to be rude. It reminded me of talking to my kids when they were younger...maybe 10?

I am looking forward to discussing this with my 6'6" friend whose life long dream has been to have sex with a midget. The big hang up for him was finding one good looking.

Very weird, but she seemed pretty cool. Good spirits and didn't seem bitter. Genuinely seemed like someone who would be able to take/make jokes about her situation.

True story though: I did flashback to Deadpool saying "I bet it feels huge in this hand" and chuckled to myself.

Questions for Stranger:
If the AFC Championship game was Steelers vs Ravens, who gets the support of the Browns?

If the winner of that game faced the Lions, is that an all time worst case scenario? A hated rival or the other team that went 0-16 and has never played in or won a Super Bowl.

That's a personal question for each Browns fan. Myself, i'd hope that each team beat each other up so bad with so many injuries that they had no chance to win the Super Bowl. But i'm a hater, i admit it. I still think Browns fans hate the Steelers more than the Raven though.

The second question is easy. There is not one real Browns fan that wouldn't root for the Lions in that situation. They're kinda like kindred spirits to us. The 0-16 thing doesn't really hold much water to anyone, at least i don't believe so. But it would cross another team off the "never been to the Bowl" list.

I feel like Browns fans should hate the Ravens, since the Ravens are the real Browns. Like hating their evil brother.

I think this is fair for the fans.

I also think it's probably different for the front office. The Lions winning would further highlight their terrible decisions.

AFC player of the week: Jameis Winston. I don't know if the Browns should have spent $250 million on this guy - but that's a good start! Oh, wait...

How furiously are the Browns lawyers trying to find ways to get out of the Watson contract?
