Short video showing that it's not just men who are dating AIs.

We really are thisclose to all of humanity siding with Cypher.

When you can actually touch, smell, taste, and talk to her... it's over.

If true, and comments linking articles/videos suggest it is, this is a dangerous new precedent for AI.

Which... now everyone will do, and that kind of thing will be filtered out.

It'll take a while for the internet, particularly HR people, to figure out this hack is being used, and how to get around it.

HR people are using a packaged program to filter resumes. The company that makes that software has already seen that post, and fixed it, and they'll advertised their product as "new and improved."

No sir.

The only "packaged program" is hiring an agency.

Well.......... I mean, what do you think the AI is that is screening their resumes, in bulk?

ChatGPT is not programmed to make those changes. The HR person asking it the question could, but they'd have to know about the trick and ALL variations of it.

Plus, as Google has proven the past few days, AI search is crazy overrated. Unless you think eating a rock a day, mixing glue into your mozzarella on pizza, and sauteing veggies in gasoline is normal?

So what are they doing, taking 50 resumes, copy/pasting them into a google ai window, and saying "give me the best ones?" I assumed there was some app wrapped around that process that some company was selling.

Go back to my previous comment just because I added a fun and true bit about Google's stupid AI search. It amazes me how things get released in clearly broken states these days.

Anyway, our prior HR person showed me how they do all the searching, and as it turns out, they just have access to the database for folks on sites like LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc. and search them for keywords. No secret programs. I do see how one could give ChatGPT access and let it do the searching for you though.

I know some HR places use some kind of software to screen. Maybe they are large enough to use their own recruiting software? Maybe those things just tie to LinkedIn, etc? I dunno. But I'm sure people are using AI to screen large numbers of resumes. Previously they did keyword searches, and this is just an evolution of that imho.
