Biden signed the TikTok ban into law.
Side note: You get what you vote for. TikTok was a HUGE marketing tool for the Ds in the last election. It helped get the youth out to vote for Biden. As you can imagine, this is not a popular move with the yutes. Between this and the Palestinian brainwashing campaign, well, it's not good.
Back to this ban...the lawsuits are now coming.
I have to think this will ultimately be decided by SCOTUS.
