Perhaps.
But isn't it also equally likely that you don't? You have previously admitted that your social media is more left leaning like your politics. NOT JUDGING, just pointing this out because it would play a factor in what you're exposed to. The left paints trad wives as slaves, women giving up their identity, and other "Women should do what they want...unless we don't approve!" nonsense. I've even seen it called "a gateway to white supremacy", which is fucking hilarious. Especially hilarious when you consider that minority women are becoming more active in the lifestyle. To be fair though, skin color has never stopped the left from calling someone a white supremacist. But I digress...
The point is that you are more likely to hear what trad wives are from the people who hate them and the movement, not actual trad wives.
Why is it so "evil" to think a woman would want to follow her natural instincts and just raise a family rather than work in the shit corporate world? For every female CEO or executive, there are 10s of thousands of lower level, "never will make it anywhere near the top" women who hate their jobs, are full of stress, don't have enough time in the day, and aren't earning anything to justify it. But society has told them this is what they have to do, so...
Meanwhile, every fucking study on the subject proves that families, children, and society are better off when there is a parent at home. Go back to the time before women were told they were useless if they didn't have a job. Were there bad things in the country? Of course, but NONE of it was related to women more typically being SAHMs. Not saying them leaving for the workplace is why the fabric of our society started crumbling, but it's not nothing.
"Facts don't care about your feelings" and all that.
A woman should have the right to be a SAHM, be subservient if she chooses, be a CEO, or anything in between without being judged by either side of the political spectrum. BTW, ditto for a man. There's a reason I said, "parent at home" earlier.
Now get in that kitchen and make me a pot pie.
