Apparently, aside from D'Onofrio (Kingpin), this show is getting blasted by everyone.

I haven't watched it yet, and I'm hoping someone does a "Kingpin cut" of just his scenes. The reviews of episode 5 say it is the pinnacle of girl power nonsense.

Spoilers, but none of you care: They completely alter her powers so she can tap into all of her power having ancestors (all women), and she can also give powers to women she's related to. She fights Kingpin and his army of white men.

FYI, here are her actual powers in the comic. She's just a female Taskmaster:
Echo can duplicate any physical action that she sees, ranging from musical performance and ballet to martial arts and weapon usage. She's able to mimic the fighting styles of others much stronger than herself. She's a highly talented pianist, music composer, artist, ballet dancer, boxer, martial artist, and markswoman. In combat, she sometimes wields conventional pistols, guns that fire poisonous flechettes, a billy club, and shuriken (throwing stars).

The stupid gender and race swapping shit isn't producing good results. They just keep doing this over and over and over. Are they really this stupid or are they stuck in an inescapable echo chamber?

Disney owns Marvel. Marvel comics was the biggest company is comics, by a mile, when Disney bought them. Then their writers went woke. Marvel comics basically went bankrupt because nobody was buying their comics anymore.

This all happened prior to Endgame.

Disney's movie arm copying this exact formula should be such a great lesson for the corporate world, but it won't be. They learn nothing. Again, most companies succeed despite their C Suite, not due to it.
