I didn't have time for that today. I tried to get RedZone on my phone, but the option wasn't there, so I figured fuck it.

Today absolutely sucked in every way aside from Brady losing.

Hopefully just in football ways? But your team won!

Nothing horrible in real life, but not a great day. Just a bunch of small irritations all day.

The Jets fucked up a LOT of parlays and teasers for gamblers yesterday. Somehow I completely missed that game and did not make it a focal point in any of my bets.

Bengals got fucked on a late helmet to helmet call.

This is the equivalent of the rule in the NBA that allowed offensive players to jump into defensive players and get a foul. They were the ones initiating contact, but the rule was stupid, and thus, got abused. The NBA fixed that rule during this last offseason and apparently it has completely changed the game. It is back to being more physical and both players and fans are enjoying it. (This is what I'm hearing. I don't watch the NBA unless there's nothing else on and there's an intriguing matchup in their playoffs.)

The NFL and the NCAA need to address their helmet to helmet rules and fix them. Especially the NCAA and their ignorant 1 strike and you're out bullshit. How fucking hard is it to simply say the first violation is 15 yards and an automatic first down, while the second violation results in the ejection? Idiots.

Can Ty Johnson be called for being the one that went low in the moment?

Not sure. I've heard yes, but not by an expert.

BTW, Henry likely gone for the year.

Winston's season is also over.

Jet's adding Zach Wilson's personal coach.

They should probably give White more of a look after he just beat the Bengals...

OBJ's dad posted a video to IG showing his son open and Mayfield either not throwing to him or missing badly.

Who knew a diva's father would also be a diva? (Although that's a pretty damning video...)

Dolphins out on Watson...for now.

Raiders' WR Ruggs killed someone Tuesday morning while drinking and driving.

The inevitable has finally happened. Looks like the shit has finally hit the fan with OBJ and the Browns. I'm guessing he'll probably be cut by the end of the day.

A day AFTER the trade deadline? That is absolutely inexcusable by the Browns' front office. The Patriots would have traded for him in a heartbeat. And yes, I do give them some slack due to the timing of his dad's video, but that sort of thing doesn't spring up out of nowhere.

How long is he under contract for? Maybe they're just letting the situation cool off or maybe they can hold him until after the year and trade him then?

Rumor is that whatever happened, happened this morning. Tuesday's are the players' day off so its possible there was a blowup this morning when everyone came back that prompted this action.

It was said that New Orleans made a trade offer but the Browns declined. I have no doubt that the Browns didn't want to trade OBJ because for one, he literally has zero trade value at this point, maybe a 6th rounder? And if that's all you're going to get then might as well keep him and hope that things eventually work out. I mean up to this point, honestly Odell hasn't said anything publicly and has been a good teammate by all reports. Some people think his dad's post was something he had a hand in, and i can see that.

And maybe cooler heads do prevail, and he does come back. But cutting him vs trading him is really a non factor in my mind because nobody was going to give you anything of significance. But no doubt Odell is gone after this year. He's got one more year at $15+ million and they nor anybody else is going to pay him that. They can release him and have no cap penalty for doing so.

That all makes sense.

I would guess he ends up in NE or KC. Those are the two AFC teams most desperate for a deep threat at the moment.

Yes, I know Hill is a deep threat, but teams are killing him and Kelce in coverage because Mahomes has nobody else to throw to.

Browns play NE in 2 weeks. LOL

I'd guess either of those two teams or the Saints for reasons stated and Green Bay would also be a team interested in him.

Saints probably because of Michael Thomas' weird ailments.

Not sure about GB. Davonte Adams is unstoppable and Rodgers is good enough to make up for the rest of their WRs not being Davonte Adams. :D

GB does need a TE now though.

Hey, did you hear there is a possibility that Rodgers ends up in Pittsburgh next year? They were discussing it during a recent Sunday night game. I highly, highly doubt that happens (although Pittsburgh's been a pretty hot city for filmmakers...), but if it does you'll have to let us see all the funny comments from Browns fans.
