I kept OMAD up all week in Vegas. It wasn't that hard. Food I walked by smelled SUPER FUCKING GOOD, but was pretty easy to just not eat.
Today was a little weird, so we'll see how it shakes out. I have a standing 2pm bike race. Having been fasting since last night, I ate some food at 1:40 to have food for the race. To finish up my eating period, I ate right after (2:45) the race, and will see if I can stay fasted the rest of the day. That's a lot earlier than normal, which has been dinner each night.
I dropped more than 7 lbs since Sunday. Down 31.4 overall.
