I really wish she'd provide actual examples.

But "nappy headed" is common vernacular in the black community.

I still don't see any actual discrimination aside from racism. (Of course, I didn't bother reading past one line in that wiki...)

People should be allowed to wear whatever hairdo they want. However, if it's unprofessional or would be a safety issue, a business should absolutely be allowed to not hire them (or fire them) for it.

For example: If I owned a hair salon and a bald girl applied for the job, that might not be the right fit. Or if I owned a construction company and Kid (from Kid and Play) came in, his hair might prevent him from wearing a safety helmet, and thus, he'd have to change it or not get hired.
