Apparently, this is the most polarizing episode. If you need backstory and explanation, you're going to hate this episode.
I have no idea what was meant to be accomplished, but it was a cool ride. Of course, I dig "end of the world" scenarios as a backdrop to entertainment.
I do get the criticism though as a traditional story is not told. You're basically only watching a second act.
It's a slice of life piece. I get that some people need more narrative, but I enjoyed it as well.

S05E01 - This is why I don't game with Gordon + Cake.
(in a videogame)
Me: Cake! Gordon! Leisher + Troy coming around the side, get them!
(silence)
Me: Cake? Gordon?
(I run over to their position)
Me: GOD FUCKING DAMMIT, GUYS.
S5e3 - Miley Cyrus do w a fine job as a teen idol who wants a change.
Felt like a mid 80s Disney romp with curse words... once you get past the deliberately paced part.
I heard it was the worst episode of the season, so my expectations were low, but it was decent. I think they could have structured it differently for better effect.

HA!
This was interesting. Anthony Mackie's wife was pretty hot. I liked the personality they gave her.
The ending was only temporary though. That shit never works out.

Was that episode more of a pro-marriage or anti-marriage theme?

Not really groundbreaking with the technology, just how today's tech can be harmful.
Very well acted.
There was a message there in how ill informed the police were, and how their role changed without them even knowing. Not to mention how the corporation was the ones with all the cards and info.

Totally agree. I thought it was a fun little episode. It was like they said, "Let's make an episode parents can watch with their teens." The Disney romp comparison is spot on.
If this was the worst of the season, it's a damn good season.
I like how they're continuing the stories into the credits now too. My only criticism there is Netflix needs to make sure the autoplay feature doesn't cut scenes off.

Was discussing this episode at lunch today. I think it's easily in my top ten of all Black Mirror episodes.
