You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

Tried a 72 hour fast, but couldn't get past 51 hours. I felt tired + crappy, even with electrolytes, and couldn't stop thinking about food. So I ate. Felt much more human afterwards. Not going to try past 48 hours again.

Is difficult to exercise strenuously, but I do a lot of low key exercise (walking, moderate intensity biking, etc). If my HR is in the 110 to 140 range, the exercise is kinda difficult but afterwards, I get a swarm of warm happy feelings. Must be excess unused ketons? BHB?

I've gotten used to the first # being a 1. Now I need the 2nd # to be an 8.

After my recently accelerated weight loss, I have about 2 weeks to lose 7 pounds. With how I've lost weight so far in March (13 lbs), that will put me at goal on the 23rd. But it's been a challenge, so I might slow it up a little bit and take the whole 2 weeks.

On the other hand, I really want to be done.

189.6

To be fair, my stomach was super upset yesterday, so that may be temporary.

I'm exactly 5 lbs from my goal (down 52.2 lbs so far). I have until 4/2/2019 to weigh out at my goal or lower, and can start weight out tomorrow.

I'm tempted to try and sweat it out tonight, but I think it'd be easier if I tried for Friday or Thursday this week instead. My chart says I should get their without sweating it out by the weekend.

You put over a $1K on these weight loss challenges? Holy cow.

Great win though!

I've had a few decent poker sessions in the last year, but only $200-$300, which is a good haul for me.

Thanks!

I typically bet smalle ($5 to 20) on things. But I wanted this one to be painful if I lost.

In what way did you cheat, or what team did you join so you could win?

?

It was a solo competition. I did keto, did some IF and OMAD at the end.

For the last 2 lbs, I took a hot bath to sweat it out. I had one more week to go, but wanted to be done.

HA!

Pretty sure this was a Team Corgi shot.
