So that doesn't actually work. I drink a ton of water. Per my doctor, it needs fiber and other things to make your poop go.

Miralax requires a lot of water, for example.

My kid takes it daily for chronic constipation. Has been recommended to him by 3 GPs, and one GI specialist.

Yeah, the poop diversion was off-putting, even to me.

You people are weak. Not strong and firm like Gordon's poop.

Lol, and another pound down after I pooped.

Always surprised how much the body can gain/lose in a single day.

Also be careful of losing too much, I heard dietbet has a number that they won't pay out, like if you lose 12 or more percent. Something about unhealthy weight loss.

Yeah, I was going to fake my weigh out number to be like 5% if I do too well.

The other day someone told me that when looking at the number of carbs in a thing, you subtract the number of.carbs from fiber because your body doesn't digest it. True or.false?

True.

Some people also subtract sugar alcohols.

Today I learned.

That being said, on that advice I bought some "high fiber" tortillas, only 5g net carbs, after fiber is subtracted. I figured would be good for tuna wraps and fajitas.
