Maybe they agree with Sapp on Garrett?

Its possible.. Maybe they take Trubisky at 1 and then trade back up and get someone like Solomon Thomas or Jonathan Allen instead. Both were much more productive last year but they aren't the physical freak that Garrett is.

If the Browns take Trubisky that #2 spot will jump in value significantly.

I think they take Garrett all the way. Just more rabble rousing. So ready for the draft to go!!!

I think it's Garrett too. Less heat for management if he's a bust.

That card is hilarious.

I legit though to myself, "What about the Jets fans always booing their pick?" then noticed it was on there.

It occurred to me today that I'm going to watch 2-3 hours of draft coverage just so I can be pissed off when Tomlin whifs on the pick.

I love football.

I'm assuming Cleveland was offering SF a couple of picks to move up.That forced Chicago's hand.

I can only imagine this is what happened. Otherwise, just why?

I was bummed to see Conley come off the board to the Raiders. I was hoping the rape allegation would drop him to us. Seems he has video and witnesses proving his innocence and the Ravens gave him a lie detector test that he passed.

5 more picks until Tomlin pisses me off.

Yes!!!!! Peppers to Cleveland!!!! Now I don't have to worry about him becoming a Steeler. Most overrated player in the draft.

Damn. Glad I don't have to worry about the Vikings pissing away another first-rounder so he can goddamn near lose his leg in a non-contact injury.

T.J. Watt.

Absolutely the best pick for our scheme they could have made. I'm pleasantly surprised. Thought they might go Foster, but outside was a bigger need than inside. Imagine him on one side and Shazier on the other.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the Browns first round.

Garrett was a no brainer pick and only the Browns could blow that. So it was a collective exhale by all of Cleveland when that pick was called. Also, I liked that he didn't shy away from Big Ben in his first interview, he will get to meet him week 1 and I can't wait to see him plant his ass a few times.

When Watson, Hooker, Howard and many others were still on the board at 12 I thought Cleveland was in a great position to take one of many good talents. I thought it might be Watson but no one ever thought they were that high on him in the first place. I wanted either Hooker or Howard so the trade down all the way to 25 was a little disappointing. So the accumulation of draft picks continues. They now have two 1's and three 2's in next years draft..

Peppers at 25.. Hmm, I didn't see this coming, I'm a little indifferent about this pick. On one hand he's a physically gifted athlete and a really good leader, also he's just a football player with a multitude of talents that can be used in many positions. Put him on the field and I think he can make plays from anywhere. On the other hand, he had a diluted sample so he probably enters the league with a big target on him and we all know how much of a problem pot is with Browns fans. Also, he doesn't come into the league with a position so to say, his strength is also his weakness. He's kind of a swiss army knife and he will be asked to play strong safety, he will no doubt start there week 1 as we've needed someone there for a few years now.

Njoku trade up at 29.. Good with this pick all around. Tough to tackle receiving Tight End, good mismatch against safeties and linebackers. There were 3 top tier TE's and we got one of them.

So still no QB, but I'm glad they didn't overpay for a QB. We'll see how Watson pans out because he was there for the taking and they passed on him. Looking more and more like Brock Osweiler will be starting for Cleveland this year on a one year tryout, if he blows it then Cleveland has plenty of ammo in next years draft.
