You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

So... skip the Friday, but let yourself still have Saturday.

I managed to control myself tonight, "fast food" night.

But then there's tomorrow.

Still more palatable than any fast food you can find.

Now you're just being silly. Whataburger is delicious. Chick-Fil-A is tasty as hell. Raising Cane's is awesome.

I reject all 3 assertions. I've not even heard of that last one. I think I saw a sign once. I assumed it was where old people got their canes.

Anyway, so far so good for Saturday. We're on the road so I kept it down to a single for MCDs burg for lunch, and about four swallows of the coke that was supposed to be diet, but wasn't.

There is an actual restaurant in the near future though, so god help me.

Diet....contest?

Post by TheCatt »

I hit 200, then I hit 220. Nice work, me.

Last week, the needle was stuck between 210 and 211. I realized I had miscalculated my ride carbs, and was eating too many. Yesterday, I did a bike-flush, where I rode for 3 hours at decently high intensity, while eating very little, and then fasted after the ride until breakfast today.

206 this morning. I'm sure it'll creep up a little bit as I get re-hydrated, but as long as I keep the carbs out, I'm hoping it keeps going down. Goal is 180s for summer.

I'm hoping the 2 hours of scuba diving every day next week makes up for all the fast food, restaurants, and hotel chilling for the rest of every day.

Also I'm stalled at 206-210. I've kept this weight for something like 9 months now, so I know how to maintain it.... but I'm still hungry most of the time and the idea of making further cuts to the diet make me sad.

The fact I am much stronger now than I was 9 months ago, at the same weight.... maybe I should just keep what I'm doing and see what my BMI does. Also I will need to start measuring my BMI.

I wouldn't bother measuring BMI, but body fat percentage is more useful.
