Affleck

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

She looks like a male horse. If that's your thing, good for you.

Good body, just a butterface.

Who cares? We're now judging folks on the actions of their ancestors? Really?

I don't blame him for trying to hide that at all.
I wouldn't judge him about his slave owning ancestors at all.

I think it's a little.... something.... to purposely try to hide it. Dishonest?

I don't know, but I'll go ahead and judge him for that. If he'd just shrugged it off I wouldn't have an opinion about it.

Why does she look like a male horse? I can't determine a horse's sex by looking at its head or face.

Unless you are implying she looks like she has a 3 foot dong in her pants?

I disagree there.

He's in a business where everything is a scandal so trying to get in front of it is understandable.

Her face resembles both a horse and a man.

I used to think she was hot, but as she's gotten older something has changed in her looks. Her features have more angles and fewer curves.

When asked if his anger has subsided, Butters admits that he is still jealous of Ben Affleck, who, in addition to being very handsome and married to Jennifer Lopez, is a good film director. When informed that Affleck is now married to Jennifer Garner, Butters' anger is assuaged, and he walks off into the sunset with Kenny, content.

South Park agrees.

Eh. It is what he allows it to be. No one, absolutely no one, could hold him accountable for shit that happened 150 years before he was born. But, he tried to hide it, so he made it shameful on himself.

Well, she's 43 and has had like 2 or 3 kids... I mean...

As long as we agree Alias-JG was hot, I take back calling you Cake.

Eh.. I don't think Jennifer is ugly, but she's not really all that hot either.

As far as Ben trying to convince the PBS people not to reveal he had slave owning ancestors... He's kind of a sanctimonious dick when it comes to race. A few weeks ago he was on Bill Mahr's show and Bill was talking about how Islam has a problem that Christians haven't had in a few centuries and Ben got filled all up with righteous indignation on Bill's ugly racism and just looked like a douche nozzle.

Other people had slave owner ancestors, and I didn't hear dick until he tried to cover it up. Does anyone even watch PBS? Wait -> Does anyone watch PBS that also knows how to post things on the Internet?

I agree, it's... wrong that he tried to have it hidden.

If he'd have just owned it maybe it would have helped ease some of the "white people today are responsible for their slave owning ancestors." It is harder to say that when liberal's ancestors owned slaves. Makes people uncomfortable.

You say that like it's true. Let's be honest, it probably wouldn't affect Affleck, but had it been a prominent right leaning actor's past...

Well, she's 43 and has had like 2 or 3 kids... I mean...

She was hot in Alias. She's still got a great body. However, I'd bet there's work going on above her shoulders and it's not good. Kids don't affect your face unless it's to fatten it up along with your body. She getting that boxy "Picasso face". Madonna has it too.

Other people had slave owner ancestors, and I didn't hear dick until he tried to cover it up.

Celebs at his level?

If he'd have just owned it maybe it would have helped ease some of the "white people today are responsible for their slave owning ancestors." It is harder to say that when liberal's ancestors owned slaves. Makes people uncomfortable.

What makes me uncomfortable is his overcompensating for it. He's got white guilt in excess. He's farther left than Bill Mahr.

Douchebag talks and totally misses the point.
We deserve neither credit nor blame for our ancestors and the degree of interest in this story suggests that we are, as a nation, still grappling with the terrible legacy of slavery.

You appear to be grappling with it, don't drag the nation into your diseased brain that's guilting you over shit that happened hundreds of years before you were sperm.

I didn't want any television show about my family to include a guy who owned slaves. I was embarrassed. The very thought left a bad taste in my mouth.

Doesn't sound like it's the nation having the problem, Ben. It's you.

Not only is he so liberal he's erased his slave owning ancestors, but now he's inducted his mother into the Freedom Riders without her permission.

I still don't blame him for trying to hide that his ancestors were slave owners because we live in a world where that IS an issue for people, and those same people can be litigious.

However, if he helped push this lie, we might need to move him into the same box with Brian Williams.

PBS show suspended.
"PBS and WNET have determined that the series co-producers violated PBS standards by failing to shield the creative and editorial process from improper influence, and by failing to inform PBS or WNET of Mr. Affleck's efforts to affect program content," it said in a statement.
