Not sure if Cleveland would give up 12 and Manziel for Bradford. The word in Cleveland is that they had offered St. Louis a first round pick to them but the Rams said no thanks. Now if it was 12 or 19 nobody knows.
Right now Johnny has no trade value whatsoever, so I don't think that Cleveland will give up on him after 7 quarters of play. So while nobody else values Johnny, Cleveland sort of has to, he was a first round pick and they have to see more of him.
