Last I heard it was all over the country, and spreading through some nearby countries.

Good thing France opposed the war on terror at every turn... but at least they got their oil deals.

I heard in Europe that the police in many countries have "no-go zones" where the police just don't go. The gangs have them. This person (who isn't denying the muslim terrorist threat) said that was more a factor here than anything. When those two kids died the gangs thought the police had violated their turf.
