What does your company use? Would you recommend it?

Essentially I want something small as we're a small company, however I want to be able to search the database the tickets will create for specific problems and solutions. So if I fix something today and my newb encounters it two years from now, he'll be able to look up what I did and do the same.

(For Cake: Still got your home brewed program? I may want a copy.)

I was going to ask if you still have that power hous app that OAPI use to use! No copy on hand either. It wouldn't have been Y2K compliant anyway. . .

We use Remedy, but we're a large (12,000+ people) organization.
