I played a game with her.

Holy shit, that Q-Starfall-whatever spell refreshes in about 2.5 seconds and can be spammed nonstop, with a little mana regen.

Anyway, lots more damage dealing as compared to Sona.

But playing our version of support, it would take a while for Soraka to scale up to doing good damage. That's why I thought she'd be a good lane partner with Teemo because each of those Q shots lowers the enemies magic resistance.
