The Irishman (2019)
“Every record been destroyed or falsified, books rewritten, pictures repainted, statues, street building renamed, every date altered. The process is continuing day by day. History stops. Nothing exists except endless present in which the Party is right.”
The Irishman (2019)
It's very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very long. Lots of scenes that seemed unnecessary.
Performances were good, as you would expect.
The CGI that made the stars young was a bit off putting at times, but I didn't think it was as bad as I have heard.
It's no Goodfellas, but it's fine.
I wonder how much of it is true.
