2005, and an EOD tech is tooling around Iraq disarming IEDs, and has a rather blasé attitude about it, much to the consternation of his team.

It isn't as funny as I just made it sound.

I seem to recall this movie getting a lot of critical acclaim back in the day... I'm not sure why. It's ok, but nothing great.
