Another Purge film except this one is about the first night which was an experiment by the NFFA.
Of course they hold it in a minority neighborhood and instead of murdering, raping, looting, etc. the minorities and randomly shown poor white trash party and have a good time. So what do the evil white people do? They send in mercenaries to get the killing rolling. Thus, the poor, innocent minorities have to fight off evil whitey.
The entire movie is, literally, black vs white. There are moments of black on black violence, but the overall message is white people are evil and black people don't do evil things until forced into it by whitey.
All they had to do was cast one white person to stick among the poor folks to keep it from being so racist and divisive.
Beyond the racist bullshit, it's a pretty bad fucking movie. Acting is shit, writing is shit, it's unrealistic as hell, etc. Hey, you know what's not real? One drug dealer, two kids, and three women out fighting trained mercenaries.
Complete garbage.
