Into the Dark: Pooka (2018)

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Into the Dark: Pooka (2018)

Yay Hulu!

Continuing their holiday horror anthology, Hulu offers up this film about a struggling actor who finds a job as a mascot for a new toy.

This was my least favorite of the three so far. The actors all do a good job, but the story telling is really wonky. What's real? What isn't? And then the twist...

By that point I had already stopped caring. And the twist itself wasn't shocking or horror. It was actually a happier ending and took all the horror out of the whole movie.

Skip it.
