Yay Amazon Prime!
A film with no subtlety. The massacre gets rolling from the start and is unrelenting.
Unlike the first film, there is no mystery. You know who the killer is (They, literally, get first billing.) and it's more of a countdown to seeing when they're stopped.
It's just a film about killing. The acting is still the same as the first one, which is horrific. Ditto for the dialogue. The way the killer explains all the missing counselors is hilariously bad.
Oh, and this time there's 2 black people! That's 2 more than the previous film.
The titty ante gets upped in a big way too. Just about every girl shows them, and it's so obviously just for the teens watching at home that they actually have teens looking at polaroids of the tits with the audience. Wow.
Only worth watching if you're seen part I and just want to continue on. It will obviously hold some value in that regard.
As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.
