Yay Netflix!
Michael Pena and Alexander Skaarsgard are corrupt cops. Paul Reiser is also in this as their boss.
The stars are great, but this movie is a dumpster fire. It's like an 8th grader tried to mix influences from Tarantino and Lynch into a buddy cop comedy with strong dramatic tones.
I was mildly entertained, but the movie has terrible flow and pacing. The director had to be high on meth or something. It's just an odd, odd film.
