Yay Netflix!
The son of a serial killer and his step-brother move to a new city when mysterious killings begin.
This is a stoner comedy, not a thriller or a horror. It's not particularly funny either. Most jokes revolve around stereotypes and sophomoric humor like the step-brother clearly being gay and constantly wanting to suck a dick or the cop that does anal cavity checks on everyone.
The real humor is the love interest who is a pretty girl, but not as pretty as the dialogue would indicate. It's actually part of a punch line late in the film.
Somehow, Danny Trejo, Ray Wise, and Jason Mewes were brought in to do minor roles.
Skip it.
