Hank McCoy (Nicholas Hoult) is a "WITNESS!!!!!!!" (didn't realize that was him) to the zombie apocalypse. I mean, he's a zombie.
Somehow, he's not a normal zombie. He still has thoughts and collects stuff. He even has a best friend. That's when he sees Teresa Palmer and falls in love. The thing is, she's alive.
Humans are surviving, bonies are the living dead that are "evil", and the corpses are in the middle.
This is a cute little love story that plays in the zombie genre, but this is not a zombie movie.
Dave Franco, Rob Corddry, and John Malkovich also star.
Not worth running out to rent or anything. It's honestly not great, but it's not offensively bad. It's just there.
